The bi-annual R4 (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle-Reston) Collection Day returns on Wednesday, September 27! Drop off any of the below recyclable items at Freedom Plaza (across the street from the Purple Garage, between 11951 and 11955 Freedom Drive) from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
