The bi-annual R4 (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle-Reston) Collection Day returns on Wednesday, September 18! Drop off or drive through with any of the below recyclable items at Freedom Plaza (across the street from the Purple Garage, between 11951 and 11955 Freedom Drive) from 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
